Music and Dance Educators can shape the future of tomorrow by helping the youth of today

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain. - Bob Marley

So what can an A+ program do for my students?  That is a very good question.  We believe that A+ programs give students the best opportunity to compete and perform at levels that they may have not imagined.  Competitive organizations such as Drum Corps International and Winter Guard International bring out the best in musicianship and dance.  As the Raiders and Winter Star compete at the highest levels in these groups, your students will have the opportunity to participate and learn many new skills to bring back to your organization when they return. And yes, they will have a whole lot of fun and we will work them until they are the best they can be.

We will answer some common questions below.  Please continue reading as we want you and your students to feel as comfortable with the process and organizations as you can.

How can my students participate?

Your students are welcome to audition for any and all A+ programs.  All they have to do is be ready to learn and willing to commit to the programs. We just like you want your students to learn the importance of commitment and responsibility.

What is the commitment level they must have and how will this impact my group's schedule?

Students are encouraged not miss camps or practice except to participate in the school activities or if they prior commitments to other groups that they coordinate with the A+ directors ahead of time so that alternative arrangements can be made.  This will teach your student real life time management.

Do they come back cocky or with bad attitudes?

As you know, no adult can control every child but we can instill in our members a sense of pride and family. In some cases that my come across as arrogant or cocky but it really is not.  We want your students to take pride in what they have accomplished and become stewards of the knowledge we have given them.  Do we accomplish the "your students will not be cocky" pledge 100% of the time, the answer is "no". We again attempt to teach them life lessons and make them better human beings but we cannot control them.
